GT eToken Application Description (About this app)

The GT eToken is a mobile application designed to generate One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for authenticating electronic transactions.

A one-time password (OTP) is a string of characters that is securely and automatically generated to authenticate users for login and electronic transaction completion.

Electronic transactions, such as web, internet banking, and mobile banking, may require the user to input a 6-digit token-generated code for security purposes.

Using the GT eToken App allows you to generate an OTP that can be used as an alternative to or in conjunction with the hardware token device provided by GTBank.

Activating Your GT eToken App: To activate the GT eToken app, users can select their customer type and preferred activation method, which can involve using a bank card, hardware token, or contacting the customer service center for an authorization code. Your data ID will need to be verified during the activation process.

Using Your GT eToken App: After activation, users can set up a unique 6-digit Passcode for subsequent logins to the application and access banking services round-the-clock.
